The author collects comments and suggestions from community members during the Feedback step. Then in the Review step, a designated individual or role may move the proposal to a vote. Finally, community members cast their votes.
Preliminary Screening, acts as a spam filter. A council member decides whether or not the application deserves further consideration. Qualified applications move on to Preliminary Selection followed by Final Selection, both are rubric evaluation steps. Applications that pass both the Preliminary and Final Selection steps, move on to the last step, Badge Holder Vote
